Combined Horse Transport

I am not one to write bad reviews for companies or anything negative at all but after the treatment I received from CHT I feel as if it is definitely necessary to warn others.I purchased a horse from Victoria and had been conversing with CHT in regards to dates that their next trip would be and to book him on.I was contacted and advised that my horse would be on the next trip which was leaving Tuesday Nov 12th. I went ahead and made full payment as I was informed full payment needed to be received before picking up my horse.I then received correspondence after payment was made that this was NOT the case and he would NOT be on Tuesdays truck, we were advised that if anything were to change over the weekend we would be contacted via phone. This did not happen and I had to prompt contact from CHT to try and get an understanding as to why he was now not on the truck and if there were any updates.I was met with the response we never guarantee what dates horses will be on as we don't know" I can well and truly confirm I was 100% advised he would be on Tuesdays truck. If there was any hesitance of whether he would be on or not I would NOT have made full payment.My parents then were required to contact CHT on my behalf as my horse needed to be off the current property by that Saturday. We requested that he put onto Tuesdays truck as originally advised or we receive a full refund and we will go with another company.To that we were told we must not care about our horses if we were to go with the other company that travels to WA. They continued to degrade and disdain this company which was extremely unprofessional.CHT then "guaranteed" us he would be on the next truck however they did not know when this was going to be after they had just preached how they did not guarantee which horses would be on each truck.I was then able to call back one of the owners and clarify that I wanted a full refund. I was greeted by a rude

exceptional, I had a young pony moved from WA, he was cared for and handled in an exceptional manner, everyone involved with this operation are clearly horse lovers. I can not rate them high enough

Absolutely amazing. Caring and professional. Would highly recommend. Moved my horse from Sydney to Perth and couldnt be happier.

Great service, John and the team are extremely helpful and arrange pretty much everything for you. Would highly recommend them as I recently had a horse transported from ADL to PER and it went of without a hitch, horse arrived in great condition and the truck driver was cool calm and friendly. THANK YOU CHT!

Could not recommend this company enough! Combined bought over my beautiful Gypsy mare over from W.A to Sydney. After such a huge journey she came here in absolutely beautiful condition. She was very well looked after and not traumatized by the travel as one would expect. 5 star all the way!
